The different user roles and permissions

With Bill Manager's user roles, you can invite anyone from your organization to join your account while still keeping control over each person's permissions. This allows you to share responsibilities with your team while maintaining oversight of your payment processes.

Available user roles

Bill Manager offers three different user roles:

  • Admin
  • Accountant
  • Contributor

Admin

Admins can set, edit, and view approval workflows. They can also approve payments, manage bills, manage vendors, and manage payments.

Accountant

An Accountant can schedule payments and connect to the company's accounting software account. However, an Accountant can also have payment limits that require Admin approval. In addition, an Accountant doesn't have the permission to approve payments of Contributors and other Accountants.

Contributor

A Contributor can schedule payments and add vendors. They can be set to require payment approval above a certain amount.
